Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect the following, and nothing more than we need to run the Service:

• Wallet addresses you connect. Solana addresses are public on-chain identifiers; we never receive your private keys or seed phrase.
• Content you submit when launching a token: name, ticker, image, description and links.
• Usage data such as pages viewed, searches, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type and device type.
• Preferences stored in your browser, such as recent searches and dismissed banners. These stay on your device.

2. How we use it

We use this information to:

• Operate the Service: show your portfolio, publish token pages and generated websites, and route fees to milestones and bag workers.
• Keep the Service safe: detect abuse, market manipulation and violations of our Terms.
• Improve the Service: understand which features are used and fix problems.
• Communicate with you when you contact us.

3. Blockchain data

Transactions you sign are recorded on the Solana blockchain, which is public, permanent and outside our control. Your wallet address, the tokens you hold and your trades are visible to anyone. We cannot edit or delete blockchain data.

4. Third parties

The Service relies on a small number of providers who may process data on our behalf or receive it directly from your browser:

• Solana RPC providers, to read balances and submit transactions.
• Market data providers such as Jupiter and CoinGecko, to show prices and token metadata.
• Hosting, storage and error-monitoring providers.
• Wallet software you choose to connect, which has its own privacy policy.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use local storage for preferences such as your last connected wallet, recent searches and dismissed notices. We use a minimal, privacy-respecting analytics setup that does not build cross-site profiles. You can clear these at any time from your browser settings.

6. Retention

We keep launch content for as long as the token is listed on opalz.fun. Usage logs are kept for up to 12 months. Blockchain data is permanent and not retained by us in any special way.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at privacy@opalz.fun and we will respond within 30 days. Note that we cannot delete data recorded on the blockchain.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be announced on the Service.
