Launch a token

What you need to launch, what happens on launch, and what you can change afterwards.

Before you launch

  • A Solana wallet with a little SOL for the mint transaction. Phantom, Solflare, Backpack and any Wallet Standard wallet work.
  • A name and ticker. Tickers are 2 to 10 characters.
  • A square image. It becomes the token art, the site favicon and the social preview.
  • A one or two sentence description. The AI website is written from it, so make it count.

Launching

  1. 1Connect your walletUse the Connect wallet button in the header or press ⌘K and pick a wallet.
  2. 2Fill in the formName, ticker, image, description and optional links to X, Telegram and a website you already own.
  3. 3Confirm in your walletYou sign one transaction that mints the token and opens the bonding curve.
  4. 4You're liveThe token page, the AI website and trading are available immediately. Share the token page link.

After launch

You can update the description and social links from the token page while connected with the creator wallet. The name, ticker and image are fixed after launch.

One launch per name and ticker
opalz.fun does not stop others from launching a token with the same name. The first token to reach 500 completed trades earns the First badge, which is how the community tells originals apart.
