Trading

Bonding curve versus DEX pool, the trade panel, slippage and what the numbers mean.

Curve and pool

Until the DEX milestone is paid, trades execute on the opalz.fun bonding curve: price rises as supply is bought and falls as it is sold. After the DEX payment, liquidity is seeded in a pool and trades route there instead. The token page shows which one is active.

The trade panel

  • Enter an amount in USD or in tokens. The arrows button flips the unit and keeps the same value.
  • Presets ($25, $100, $500) appear when you hover the amount card.
  • You pay and You receive update live using the current SOL price.
  • Max slippage defaults to Auto (2.5%). Click it to set your own.
  • The button tells you what's missing: connect a wallet, enter an amount, or add funds.
